Montreal-born Charles Carson has invented a new painting method, called by historian and critic art the <<carsonism>> This avid nature lover and dedicated environmentalist has an unusual artistic talent. He shows us nature ''filtered through imagination and originality'' and ennobles his subjects until they are completely sublimated. He bathes them in a luminous, tinted haze and brings out their very essence, giving them a multidimensional appearance. His landscapes are rendered as stunning universes of vibrant colour.
